Your contact person is your direct contact for the in-house development of various products and components. In order to achieve the desired result as efficiently as possible, we like to cooperate with you and/or your product developer. The gathered experience in plastics and plastic injection molding since the foundation of RiZZ Plastics in 1977 ensure that we can offer you the best possible solution. For outsourcing your drawing, you can rely on a flexible team with experience in 3D CAD systems like for example SolidWorks. 3D models printed by our in house 3D printer enable us to monitor the development process. Next to 3D printing we also offer rapid prototyping. Depending on requirements as lot size, lead time and cost, we determine where the mould should be made. Our tool makers in the Netherlands and abroad all have their own specialization.


Plastic offers the advantage of an enormous design and form freedom thanks to the production method of plastic injection moulding in combination with a relatively low cost with larger batch sizes. Through the use of advanced 3D printers, we can also produce small series. The latter is suitable for models for product development, fairs or limited editions of designer products at 80% of the strength of a normal plastic injection moulding product. Thus, for products in various batch sizes and product volumes you can turn to us.

Properties of plastics

The wide variety of innovative plastics we work with enables us to find solutions to diverse questions. Solutions we use are for example fiberglass reinforced plastic, biograde materials, plastic with timber infill, degradable plastics, etc.
